Professional Coaching

As a certified health and wellness coach, Jillian will meet one on one with you to uncover your goals and motivators for the changes you are looking to improve your everyday life.  Whether it is weight loss, increased movement, sleep improvements or stress management, Jillian will partner with you to set goals, stay accountable and see results. Sessions can take place in person or online.

Health Coach

As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Jillian Harper will assist you by answering questions like, “Why does this come so naturally to me, while other tasks are so difficult?”  Strengths coaches are trained to help you focus on using your natural talents to excel in your work, relationships, and life.  In these sessions we will also discuss managing your weaknesses while leveraging your strengths to become a more efficient and effective individual.  Everyone needs a coach!  Whether you are an individual looking to improve your efficiency at work, a parent trying to be more present for your kids, or a manager wanting to inspire your team, these sessions are for you!  The Discovery Sessions include a code to signature themes or a full 34 Signature Theme Report.  Once the assessment is completed, we will then sit down and take the steps to start thriving.

Yoga Private

  • Have you ever wanted to try yoga but you were intimidated to walk into a studio with other experienced yogis.  Come see me for one on one yoga sessions.  A yoga private can be appropriate for a beginner, an athlete, or even an advanced practioner that wants to take their practice to the next level. 
  • Jillian will combine her yoga training, her Masters degree in Exercise Physiology, and her years for experience as a personal trainer to create an individualized practice that assist you in feeling grounded in your goals and soul.
